We're looking for a motivated and driven Junior PR/Communications Manager based in Madrid or Lisbon who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

Media Relations: Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with Portuguese and Spanish media outlets, including newspapers, TV, radio, and online platforms. Help draft press releases, pitch stories, and manage media inquiries.
Public Relations Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of these campaigns.
Government and Institutional Affairs: Assist in establishing and maintaining relations with local authorities, and relevant associations. Attend meetings and contribute to communication efforts with these stakeholders.
Event Coordination: Help plan and coordinate public events, press conferences, and promotional activities to increase FlixBus visibility in Portugal and Spain.
Content Creation: Contribute to the development of engaging content for press materials, social media, and company newsletters.
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on the company's image in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the mobility sector in Spain and Portugal.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

Graduated with a degree in communications, public relations, international relations, or a related field.
Native (highly fluent) in written/oral Spanish or Portuguese.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish/Portuguese
Role based in Madrid or Lisbon, but one week per month will be spend in the other office
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Familiarity with media and PR tools is a plus.
A keen interest in the mobility and transportation industry is advantageous.
